FederalBi is a digital forensics consultancy. We are not a law firm, collection agency, or government body.

2. No Guarantee of Recovery

Recovery outcomes are never guaranteed. We commit to performing our investigation to a professional standard but cannot promise a specific result.

3. Fees

The initial audit is free. Recovery fees are contingency-based, agreed in writing before recovery action begins.

4. Client Cooperation

Clients agree to provide accurate information, respond promptly to requests, and not engage with the fraudulent platform during the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to fees actually paid by you. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
